Attorney Brian K. Stutheit is a lawyer with approximately thirty years experience. He is AV Preeminent* rated under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system. This is the best rating possible based on confidential surveys of other lawyers and judges. It is the resource lawyers use to evaluate other lawyers.

Mr. Stutheit knows the law, knows the practice of law, cares about doing high-quality work, is resourceful, is responsive and provides real value for the fees he charges his clients. He won’t recommend work he doesn’t believe will benefit the client. He does not fear or avoid hard work, does not fear or avoid conflict (yet does not seek it out), does not fear or capitulate to other lawyers, and does not fear his own clients, i.e.,  he believes his duty is to be candid with clients.

He was listed by Denver Magazine and The American Lawyer as one of Colorado’s best construction lawyers. He has been interviewed on Colorado Public Radio about unemployment law, and was interviewed in The Atlantic magazine about one of his winning pregnancy discrimination cases.  He is a contributing author to West’s Colorado Practice Series, Civil Procedure Forms And Commentary.

Testimonials

Mr. Brian Stutheit successfully represented me in my hearing against my former employer who denied my unemployment claim. He did a great job preparing all the documents we needed to win the case. He cross examined the heck out of my former employer. He is very knowledgeable and he is very good on his profession.

I feel very lucky to have found Brian, and I honestly came across him through other reviews online that emphasized his experience but his amazingly calm demeanor that is so supportive and needed for someone seeking an attorney. I can verify those other reviews are on point with what I experienced working with Brian. – Jenna
